We are a grassroots conservation organization. Small but mighty, we stand as a Minnesota leader in pollinator conservation. Volunteer-driven and based in the St. Croix River Valley, our collaborative approach recognizes the interdependence between the health of people, keystone species, biodiversity and the planet. Our mission to protect the environment through the conservation of pollinators helps to restore ecosystems, improve water quality, and care for people, wildlife and the planet.

Power to Protect & Preserve
Pollinator Friendly Alliance was born around a kitchen table in 2014. By 2018, PFA had built a dedicated volunteer base and a strategic action plan by which we are still governed today. In the last 12 years, we surpassed all of our conservation goals. And now we are building our strategic alliances and capacity to have the greatest possible impact for the environment. In 2025, we began our largest biodiversity project to date at the Big Marine Park expansion.
